Good quality roasting bags. To try these bags out, I just cooked a 1.7kg (3.7lb) chicken in one. The chicken fitted in the bag perfectly. I prodded half a dozen random holes in the bag with a toothpick to let excess steam out as the chicken cooked. I opened two slits in the bag in a cross shape and folded the bag back a little for the last 20 minutes of cooking time to brown off the skin a little quicker. The chicken cooked perfectly in a fan assisted oven after 80 minutes at 180 degrees C. Results: Clean oven, clean roasting tin, moist chicken. All good, none bad Value for money - very good

I crammed a medium chicken inside just about, I think these suite small chickens best. 4 stars for saying it is easy to put a chicken in, and showing the wrong ties. These bags are strong and do not split as long as you use the tie loosely to let excess pressure escape.
