I nice large natural filled heat pad that's easily put in the microwave for a couple of minute's. The strap and buckle makes it easier to put it on and be able to walk around, great when used on your back. The heat pad stays hot for around 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how hot you heat it. Recommended

It has been brilliant and has really helped my other half with her back pain. She even sleeps with it on and it has really helped after muscle spasms. Will fir all sizes of people and easy to use. She uses it hot after short time in the microwave. It does not stay hot for hours but it is to pop back in the microwave to reheat. I would recommend this product if you have a back or shoulder which needs some heat in those areas.

I ordered this to try and help relief the horrendous period pains I get every month. I spend 4/5 days waddling around with a water bottle and it gets annoying having to keep adjusting it. This body wrap is brilliant. I'm a larger lady and the extension strap fits around me without a problem and there's plenty of strap left meaning it will fit a lot of people on the larger side. The shape and form of the heat bag itself sits comfortable around the lower tummy area, on a side or back and with the strap firmly adjested it stays put when walking about the house too. The heat lasts for a fair amount of time, I found I needed to heat it in my microwave for quite a bit longer than the reccommended time (category E microwave, and I ende dip heating for 5 mins) so there is a bit of trial and error to start with while you get used to how it suits your microwave settings but it otherwise easy to sort. The fabric feels lovely and the whole unit feels very well made and good quality. I've only used it for one period so far, so that sa few days use. I will update in a few months after its had much more use to see how its lasting and performing. But so far I love it and would recommend to anyone who has chronic or intense body pains that are eased with heat. EDIT Dec 2022 (original review May 2022, 5*) - I have found that with repeted use this heat pack does not hold heat as long as say a traditional hot water bottle, for this reason i have removed 1 star from my overall review. However, it's still my go to for period pains and back ache as its much more practical and comfortable to wear/use than a traditional hot water bottle and the heat stays around long wnough to give me some relief from those pains but it hasn't completely replaced hot water bottles in our house though, we still use those for other purposes. Thought it may be interesting and useful for some people to know this extra info.

The best wheat bag I’ve ever purchased! The wheat stays in the stitched pockets and doesn’t drop to the bottom. It perhaps doesn’t stay as hot for as long as some other bags but that’s a minor inconvenience. The strap is very very long.

I was looking for a heat pad that would sit across my back following a recent injury. Took a chance on this one and do not regret it. Very easy to use, great quality material and the size extension clips work great. As its across my back I haven't used the velcro strap as of yet so can't comment, but fits perfectly when using the extendable clips. Has helped ease my pain a lot. The design is great as it really does fit on most areas of the body. My only slight gripe would be that it doesn't stay really hot for as long as I would have hoped, but it does initially get very warm.

Don’t expect miracles the older one gets the harder it is to rectify problems

The pad is little side comfort I think everyone should have, I use it almost daily, after working outside on the cold all day long or when some muscle pain occurs, it helps a lot. It's also a great gift you can make. I heat in the microwave for 2- 2.5 min and it holds the hit for about an hour. I'm pleased to have it. It's great quality and it a good size. It's quite heavy (1kg) which makes it even better when it comes to Pain relief. Great price too 👍

I fractured my spine about 6 months ago & although the fracture is healing, I have been struggling with lower back pain ever since. In that period I have been through 3 microwaveable wheat bags but they just don’t last. 2 of them burst inside my microwave, leaving a terrible burning smell. I was using each one properly, only heating for the stated time on the packaging & they just weren’t very comfortable to sit against either. So this time I decided to pay a bit more & purchased this UNCN large heat pad specifically for back pain & what a difference, there’s no bad smell when heating it in the microwave, it is so comfortable to sit against, it has an adjustable strap allowing you to walk around wearing it & if you register it, you get a one year warranty. I really wish I’d found this heat pad 6 months ago, I would’ve saved myself some money & a lot of discomfort. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this item to anyone struggling with pain.
