Cabinet lock
We had purchased a curio cabinet and the locking device had been removed. I love the color and the look of this lock and it fit perfectly over the hole that was already in the cabinet. It was easy to install. The screws were too weak for the wood that we were putting them into and they broke off. We had to purchase different screws. It looks great on the cabinet and works good.

Perfect
This was a perfect fit for my antique curio cabinet after the key was lost. The color looks aged and looks like the original...

Nice little lock
This lock is a perfect replacement for an antique lock on a small china cabinet I am restoring. The bolt throw is very short though, and in my case the bolt doesn't reach the strike on the cabinet, so it doesn't lock. However that seems to be the standard bolt size on most locks I could find, and it is identical to the lock I was replacing, so I assume the problem is in the cabinet. Easy to install and looks great. Great value.

DO NOT USE THE INCLUDED SCREWS
I give this lock 3 stars because it fits as a replacement for the original lock and looks good. But I remove 2 stars because, as others have noted, when I tried to install the lock, the screw broke off flush with the wood. I was not able to remove the broken off screw, but I was able to install the lock by using a small screw from my tool box in one hole and a metal washer to over lap the edge where the screw broke off. If you purchase this lock, DO NOT USE THE INCLUDED SCREWS to install it.
