I started taking this product about 2 months ago and I started feeling better. Better sleep, digestion, mood and my stress level low. I ran out about 3 weeks ago and I certainly felt the difference. I started sleeping less at night. I was moody and didn’t feel like doing anything but coming home and hiding. I was a mess. I ordered the pills again and started taking them and I am totally ready to take on the world. I’m not sure if this product is for everyone but I definitely know that this product is for me and I recommend this product to everyone. I think the price is well worth it. I have suffered with sleep issues most of my life, I’m not exaggerating. I’ve taken melatonin (up to 30 mg a night), valerian root, every sleepy tea on the market, NyQuil, Benadryl… you name it, I’ve tried it. The absolute maximum I’d ever get was 4 hours of restless sleep, and then I’d be wide awake at 2 or 3 a.m., unable to fall back asleep no matter what I did. It was miserable, and it affected every part of my life. I’ve used magnesium in the past, but one type (I can’t remember which) gave me a terribly upset stomach, so I was nervous to try again. Another form worked okay, but I never got the full night of deep rest I desperately needed. This product, Magnesium Breakthrough, covers ALL the bases with 7 forms of magnesium included, and I’ve had zero stomach issues. None. It’s like my body finally got exactly what it was missing. The very first night I took it, I slept deeper than I have in years. I still wake up occasionally (old habits die hard), but now, and this is the miracle part, I can actually get back to sleep. Before, once I was awake, that was it. Now I drift right back off and wake up feeling genuinely rested. I haven’t experienced that since I was a teenager. I also started taking a GLP-1 shot (Zepbound) a while ago, and as many of you know, the beginning phase can completely wreck your sleep. This product solved that issue for me. It gave me the restful, restorative sleep my body needed while adjusting to the medication. Huge, huge plus. I will absolutely buy this again, in fact, I’m already planning to try the powder version next. They also have a digestive enzyme (I’ll do a separate review on that one), but if it’s anything like this magnesium formula, I already know it’ll be a staple in my routine. Works well for leg cramps and constipation if taken at night but too costly so I may go with another brand of price doesn't come down.

This is a great product, probably the best I've ever found for a complete magnesium supp for cramps and sleep/wellbeing. Please note that it comes in three different sizes and the amazon listing is WRONG on one of them. The back of the label photo on the second size shows 250mg and one capsule dosage while the other two sizes are 500mg dosage of two caps. Small variation on the front of the label between version 4 and version 4.2 but the amazon listing needs to be updated to make it clear you're ordering a half dose compared to the other two. I have a very strict supplement stack for health issues and started out with the first size and loved it, then upsized once and immediately noticed feeling differently and didn't catch that the dosage is half, then later upgraded to the biggest size and felt different once again which got me searching thru the photos and descriptions. Not a deal breaker for most, but worth noting.

I’m giving Magnesium Breakthrough 5 stars because I genuinely love this supplement. I’ve noticed a positive difference since adding it into my routine and it’s become something I take consistently. I like that it combines multiple forms of magnesium instead of just one, and overall it just makes me feel better balanced and more relaxed. It’s also been easy on my stomach compared to some other magnesium supplements I’ve tried. Overall, really happy with it and definitely something I plan to keep using.

Items were well packed & arrived on time! Expiry date of items is in June 2026 which is alrite but would be better with a later expiry date. Price of item would be more attractive if can be made lower. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating!
