Kohler 26282-BL Statement® Round three-function handshower, 2.5 gpm, Matte Black

Took a few times to figure which of the three functions I really enjoyed the most; that's a lie, they all are great. The only problem is I don't want to turn it off. Great product.

Update: contacted the manufacturer and got the full refund, so I updated the rating from 1 to 3 stars. One for the product, 5 for customer support. We have problems with the selector button as well. It started to leak 3 months ago (1 year and 9 months after the installation). Very bad quality considering the price!

First of all, this shower head only has three spray settings, with only one of them really being usable. Other shower heads usually have five or more. The settings are selected using buttons on the back side. The main problem is, that after three or four months of using this shower head, the seal inside the selector buttons will fail, causing water to leak out of the button assembly. There's almost as much water coming out of the buttons, compared to the actual nozzles in front. There are better designed and much cheaper options out there. Kohler usually builds quality parts, but really missed the mark with this one.

Works great, three options for the shower head, water pressure is great, would give 5 stars if it wasn’t so expensive, definitely overpriced. Need to buy your own hose and attachment

This was good while it lasted, which was less than a year if you're wondering. It was held together by one flimsy piece of pipe inside the handle. Looked sturdier than it is, and now looks as crappy as it was made. Such a shame Kohler cut corners with this one.

It most likely stated this but I didn’t realize, but there is no hose with this one.

Water massage function is super cool and unique. water pressure on the standard shower head function could be more powerful.

The inner assembly broke off with less than a year of use, with no means to repair.
