It says 6 background strips, but i only see two in customer pictures. Are there 6 or only 2??

It looks like they have an updated version that now includes 6. When I got mine it only came with 2.

Is there a card for therapy and electronics?

There is a card for TV, and computer, and a doctors brief case called “medicine” I believe. But not a specific “therapy” one. There is a puzzle piece icon that says “play” as well, so I suppose it depends on how your person views therapy.
