Makes changing blades a breeze
This is by far the best blade-removal device I have used, and I've used them all -- wood blocks, C-clamp, vise grip, you name it. I was able to easily slip it over the blade and clamp it to the deck, and it held securely both in removing the old blades and installing the new ones. My blades are torqued to 65 ft. lbs. and this tool held everything steady the whole time. The directions say it is designed for a 2-blade deck, but it worked great on my 3-blade John Deere deck. You just may need to get creative a bit on the placement, but it's doable. And next time you use it, you'll know where to place it. It is also made using heavy-duty metal that can withstand heavy loads. If I had to change anything, I would have made the tightening handle a little longer, or use a T-handle. I was able to get it tight enough as it is out of the box, but if you need more oomph, you could always slip a piece of metal pipe or conduit, or even a deep socket attached to an extension, over the handle for more leverage. This is well worth the price paid in terms of time, ease of securing your blades, aggravation and cuss words. :) If you change your own blades, I highly recommend this tool.

Blade removal tool that works great on Zero Turn Mowers.
"The KINTLE Universal Mower Blade Removal Tool is a game-changer for maintenance on my 54" Bad Boy zero-turn. By locking securely to the mower deck, it keeps the blade completely stationaryโeven when subjected to the high torque of an impact gun. The heavy-duty construction is impressive; based on its sturdy design, I expect this tool to outlast the mower itself."

Works as advertised, makes swapping blades an easy one-man job
Easy to install, good clamping power and holds the blade very securely. I have never had the blade off in 5+years and worried about how much force I was going to need to get the bolt out. Soaked the bolt with WD-40 about 3 days prior to the job. In retrospect, I probably could have held the blade w/ a thick gardening glove while I removed the blade but having the took eliminated any risk. Not expensive but now I have a tool I won't use for years but something I can lend to my neighbors as it is built to last a lifetime.

Works stabiling mower blades if you can find a good mounting point on your mower deck
Works reasonably well at stabilizing the mower blades. Takes a fair amount of trial-and-error to find a position on my John Deere mower deck where the blade clamp fits snugly. However, this isn't a reflection on the clamp, just my cranky mower. Having a lawn tractor lift and an impact wrench would be ideal for removing mower blades. In the absence of these, this blade clamp seems to be the next best solution (short of removing the entire deck, of course).

Simplicity at its best!!!!!!
I used this to remove the blades on my 46" Husqvarva riding mower (non-zero turn). Easy to use and very simple. Held the blades securely in place when I had to use the breaker bar to remove the stuck bolts. Highly recommend this product!

Great little tool
This makes it so easy to undo the bolt for straight blades under a mower deck (no good for short blades on a plate that pivot) as the centre bolt had to be tight (and if you don't have a rattle gun ๐)
