I Don't Run Without It
The best piece of equipment for combining walking and running, or any other form of interval. Easy to use. Just great. This is the same timer Jeff Galloway sells with his brand on it for timing walk breaks. Whether you buy from him or from here, it's one of those rare items that works exactly as it should. I bought a second as a back up.

Great workout companion
I really like this Gym Boss Interval Training device. The device attaches to your workout clothes with a clip, which stayed conveniently and securely in place. I used the timer for two intervals for a a run and walk combo and set for 50 repeats. The device worked perfectly and assisted me in my running schedule. I would definitely recommend!

not completely like the original gymboss
the buttons on the newer gymboss are softer touch and you have to press harder than the original. the original had hard plastic raised buttons that made it easier to use in my opinion. But, its not a deal breaker just something to get use to. I do prefer the older version though because of that feature. thus my 4 star rating.

Timer button will not work!
Finally got a chance to open new timer that I use for umpiring the other day and two of the push buttons are and will not work. Reached out to customer service and AI told me this is not able to be returned for a new timer. What a joke! Things are made like then use to me. Cheap cheap cheap!!!
