A year ago, I bought this soap dispenser and it works just as it should. I have had no issues with this dispenser at all. I think the battery life is outstanding. I have only had to change the batteries one time in a year, and it gets used several times a day. When I did change the batteries, the battery box was not soaked in water, unlike every one of my past soap dispensers. You can change the amount of soap it dispenses, and that is really convenient. I do not run straight dish soap; I mix it 50/50 with water, and it has no issue pumping out the soap at all. When I refill the soap, I just wipe down the outside of the dispenser, and it still looks brand new. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable and dependable automatic soap dispenser.

Had a different "brand" name that looks identical to this. Hopefully it lasts for years like my other ones are. So far so good. The amount seems to adjust properly and the battery seems to last about a year for using it at least a dozen times a day.

These dispensers last two years....(almost to the day) We use it for our dish soap in the kitchen....so we use it ALLOT! I purchased it again, because we are spoiled now....we like just waving our hand under it while cooking keeping anything on our hands from getting on the pump-type of dispenser. I just wish they lasted longer....TWO YEARS....it just stops working

I am so happy I got one of these for my kitchen. I love to cook and wash my hands a lot throughout the cooking process and was so tired of having to try to use the back of my palms to pump soap out of our old dispenser. This thing is bigger than I expected and holds a lot of soap. I was a little worried about how long the batteries would last, knowing how often I wash my hands, but they're still going strong after a little over 2 months of use so far. You can control how much is dispensed with the little controls on the top, I have mine set on the minimum and feel it's just right. My only complaint is that I wish the sensor was more sensitive, I would love to be able to stick a bowl or other dish under there and have it dispense soap onto it more easily than it does now, I have to kind of move it around to try to find the sweet spot to set off the sensor. It works fine for hands though so I can't complain too much.

My Simple Human soap dispenser finally bit the dust after 10+ yrs. Thought I would try something a little less expensive. If you don't use it multiple times per day, then when you do go to activate it it basically squirts out the soap in water form. It's a cheap version of the Simple Human brand and not worth the savings.

Easy to use - gonna buy more for the other sinks!
