波刃っていつ使うのがベストなんだろう？
ちょっと使いの小さめのナイフがあるといいなと思ってたところ二本セットでお手頃なので買ってみた普通の刃の方は予想以上に鋭い切れ味。刃自体が薄いので素材に負担をかけることなく切れる。握りもしっかりしていて濡れた手でもすべらず良かった。ちょうど買ってあったバケット（フランスパン）があったのでこれは波刃の出番かと思いつつカットしてみたら恐ろしくスムーズにきれいにカットできた。ただ鋭いので保管に気を使う鞘があったらなぁと思う。逆に波刃の方はパンを切るのに良いのかと思っていたがあまり出番はなさそうな気もする。やつの切れ味が良すぎてそれ一本で間に合ってしまう（笑）

Brilliant little knives. The straight blade is perfect for peeling and precise cuts, while the serrated one glides through tomatoes and crusty bread with ease. Both are razor-sharp, lightweight, and very comfortable to hold. The green handles are a cheerful touch, and they clean up beautifully in the dishwasher. Excellent quality, as you'd expect from Victorinox, highly recommended for any kitchen.
