The quality is great! Very soft and comfortable fabric! You don’t actually feel the filaments like a lot of people said. There’s like 7 different heat settings so you can set it as your cat likes, 3 is optimum for my medium sized cat. There’s also a timer setting so it will automatically turn off after x hours if you set it, without having to worry about turning it off. My only complaint is the size is a bit small, I got the smallest size which was for cats and my cat fits on it but it’ll be more comfortable if it was slightly bigger.

I like the fact that it has a timer and different heat settings, but I was a bit disappointed to find out that it doesn’t get as warm as I had hoped. More like a human heating pad. I need to use it in a room which is not very warm in the winter. I hope it will be OK? My cat loves it so far but it’s not winter yet. Cats are also not very good at keeping a blanket on as they move around so much. Having now used the pad for a couple of months, my previous concerns are no longer concerns as it seems to work quite well in most situations. Quite happy with it actually.

My cat loves it! He knew it was for him right away and laid down. It does not get too hot so i feel safe with it but turn it off when no one is home. It gets very warm and the timer is awesome. It would do good in a box/crate or cat house to make it more cozy.

This was purchased Dec 3rd. however this was a gift, and now today this is not working, I've tried plugging it into another wall and nothing, seems to be dead? But it appears even tho it did not get used till after Dec 25th, I've ran out of time, I ordered 2 of this product, the other one seems to be fine so far. This was a gift for an older dog but now she has no heating pad, I have no way of reaching the company cos of the expired time line, but for most of Dec this was wrapped up for a gift. Just be careful I guess where you buy, cos some don't back up what they sell! UPDATE: Company has reached out to me and are willing to fix this purchase. This also I have learned has a 12 month warranty which I didn't see. I'm glad as my pets rely on this pad to help them to feel better and ease their pain! Thank you Carol
