This mat is great. Just unrolled it, so it’s flattening out in this photo, but it’s thick, there’s no chemical smell, and I’m looking forward to using it daily. Also easily wiped clean after walking on it with dusty shoes. Seems to be great investment for my home gym.

The mat laid flat right out of the box. I have an exercise bike at one end & use the rest of the mat for exercise & yoga. The thickness & comfort is perfect ! There are no signs of wear or tears. After a few weeks of heavy exercise, I can tell it’s a win win ! Get yours now ! You won’t be disappointed !

This mat came with a lot of extras but what I love most is the perfect combination of durability and cushioning. I can do all kinds of workouts and I don't slip around, but I can still do yoga stretches and floor stretches and it provides great cushioning. I wish they made a bigger one as I run out of room doing more plyometric exercises.

I've been using this in my home gym now for several months and have only positive feedback. We have it placed on top of wall-to-wall carpet and based on reviews of other/similar mats I was concerned about whether it would slip or slide during use. It is used on a daily basis for yoga and HIIT workouts, and it has not moved an inch, nor have I had any issues with the edges curling up. The large size is a huge upgrade from using a basic yoga mat alone. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this mat to protect the carpet in my apartment. It's done a great job of that and feels good when barefoot. It does move a ton though. I have wrinkles and warps all over that make me constantly have to pull on it to flatten. Not that big of a deal but I have about 200#s and a bunch of equipment on one side so it is never perfect. I can't really fault the product completely though. I'm sure it would work really well on concrete or hardwood. Carpet just leaves too much room for shifting. Try it but be aware of carpet
