Is it comfortable to sleep on top of?

Yes.  The mat itself is very comfortable to the touch.  If you put it on top of the bottom sheet, you wear pajamas, so very little of bare skin touches it.  If you put it under the sheet, you don't need to wear pajamas.

Question 3

It shows you can place the mat at your feet, across bottom of the mattress for 2 people. How do you keep the mat from sliding around placed that way?

You can only do that if your mat has 2 long elastic bands sewn at each end to go under the mattress so it does not move

Can use peroxide and water . Equal parts in spray bottle and spray…wait a few minutes to be sure to get it good. Just soap might not get out urine smell. Some say you have to have enzymes… but I am positive peroxide and water is useful to clean anything and everything safely. Does not cause risk to people, animals, or the environment. Much better than bleach, enzyme cleaners(which are products made mostly  to remove our pets urine, not all are made safely), Mr.clean,Lysol, etc…must be sure to mix with water because peroxide alone can take your skin off..but mixed with water is safe. For urine I say to use equal parts because normally you would need an enzyme. But for everything else…not so much peroxide. Less works wonders.  You can flush your body out with peroxide and water. Remove years of stool and all the stains from smoking and drugs and alcohol buildup…what would normally take years to clean you can do safely and quickly with peroxide and water. That’s probably why it’s number one on the element chart.
