I have type 2 diabetes and my nutritionist suggested this brand of pasta, the added protein mitigates the carbs and is a healthy option that still allows me to eat pasta. The taste and texture are great. I’ve had a couple boxes from this in the last few weeks and they’re consistently good. Great option to add a little boost of protein to your meal! It doesn’t have the weird texture of whole wheat pasta.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I received 12 boxes in mint condition that expire in 2026. They came in a very large well sealed box. I love this pasta. It’s is not chewy as all it needs to be cooked within 3-5 minutes and it comes out perfect. It tastes like regular pasta but you can feel it’s healthier. Bo white flour. There is no added sugar. All natural. Someone wrote it’s higher in calories. It’s made with beans and peas. It’s healthy carbs and extremely high in fiber. As a thin athletic and extremely active woman this pasta is the best, keeps me skinny, healthy, and regular.

First time buying these with the extra protein. Made chicken Alfredo and used these noodles. They cook evenly and taste great. This shape holds more sauce! Really enjoyed these!
