Hi i have about 90 feet i need to do in a drop ceiling tray. Can i connect 2 of these together and make 2 separate runs to make 90?

The total power of a 40ft COB strip when connected is about 70 watts, you should use a 24V 3A or more than 3A power supply for each 40ft strip running individually.
