I have tried other gyros for my custom builds that didn't preform, but this does it keeps all of my planes level when I want to fly easy instead of 100% Expert mode that takes alot of work sometimes. This makes my second one and I have a third on the way. All you have to do is pick a model on the list that is close or the same as what you have or have built. I made two single motor planes and one dual motor plane , it works well on both. The wiring is simple it requires 5 channels , 4 for control surfaces and the 5th channel should be set on a three position switch on your transmitter. You have to use all 5 wires it comes with to get the full function beginner intermediate advanced. As long as you download a .rar file extractor that works with your PC brand it is easy to install different models. Alot of reviews I see it seems people didn't take time to set it up correctly either on their PC or on their model. I see alot of these were sent back but don't let that sway you these do work well.

I've been using this gyro on an f-35 EDF jet that I purchased and he quickly became my favorite. I've used several others and had settled on the freewing model until I got this one. Easy to assemble with clear instructions, very durable, makes flying so much easier and more fun not having to worry about minor corrections ending your day with the destroyed airplane. Great value for the money with different settings for beginner as well as advanced flyers.

These are great as long as you walk some YouTube videos and I have some technology along with the experience to set them up.

This gyro works very well for me. It's capapble of being used on just about any RC plane using the "Other Plane" option in the settings or you can choose a plane that it has listed in the settings. It connects to your phone via bluetooth which is very handy for changing adjustments. My only knock is that the manual doesn't explain what changing settings does for each item, so you're on your own with experimentation. Why I fly certain 3D maneuvers, I turn the gyro off for better tumbles, etc, then turn it back on. I'd buy again in a heartbeat!
