Perfect fit in hand. After heating 30 sec in microwave press against back n sides of neck to relieve tension n headache pain.

My only complaint is that one of the four was noticeably thinner than the other three and since these are not the cheapest set in the world, I hoped for all four to match. Will still be able to use them just fine and I still like them--good size otherwise, smooth, and feel great.
