They are 100% Polyester. The shirts are really nice and comfortable. I like them far better than polyester/cotton blends and will never buy another all cotton T-shirt.

6' 1" & 165 - what size do I order?

I'm 6' and 155 the medium size was a perfect fit. I'd order a large for you. They're quality is amazing!!!

Are these slim or regular fit?
