Got this for my husbands grandmother that I take care of to use incase she needs help in the middle of the night or if I’m taking a shower or something. It’s very loud so there’s no chance that she won’t get help when she needs it! Plus there so many different sounds to choose from which is nice. It was super easy to install and the quality is amazing for such a cheap price!!! I got 2 call buttons. One that she keeps by her at all times on a necklace and the other I put on her bathroom wall with the double sided sticky thing that came with it. I highly highly recommend this! One thing I wish was possible is that the receiver worked while unplugged that way I can take it outside with me if needed. Other then that it’s a great product.

I've used about 8 different call button systems and this is, by far, the best one. Battery life on the button is decent and being plugged for the chime gives me peace of mind.

I was having falling issues but wanting to work in my garden, The bell got my husbands attention loudly, and he doesn't hear well. But it only needs one neck hanger and TWO ringers for the house.

The alert sound and volume are adjustable. It's cheap, it's simple, and it works without complex linking to a phone or setting up an account. I chose the kit with two senders. The kit includes neck lanyards, double-sided sticky tape for securing the alert button to a hard surface, and.a screwdriver to use for replacing the batteries. If all you need is a way to call for help within the same house, this appears to be a simple, economical answer. If you need features such as 24/7 monitoring, speaker, fall detection, mobile receiver, or automatic calls to emergency services, look elsewhere.
