My current capacitor is 35/5, but the fan terminal only has 1 connector and 1 wire, this one has 2 fan connectors. How do I know which to use?

If you are talking about the connections on each terminal then it’s fine to have more. Most of the replacement units come with 4 connector prongs per terminal. Those 4 prongs are all one piece of metal and are only there for extra connections if needed. The capacitor rating and quantity of terminals is what’s important, not how many prongs are on each terminal. (Unless it’s fewer than what you need)

Will this work on Armstrong concept 1000 scu10e24a-2?

I am not sure if this will work on the AC you are questioning, but it was the exact one for my 20 plus years old AC. I think they are pretty universal.

This is a perfect match to the one I’m replacing(35+5 440/370 +-6) but the item I received is 35+5 370/440 +-5. Is this okay to use?

I think the main thing is the 35+5 . Looks as if the 370/440 are just switched around. Mostly all that just different distributors. All should be fine..
