The product was delivered the same day. The customer service team was very kind. I received an after-sales email from Anna who went above and beyond to ensure the product met our expectations. On that note, the product did meet our expectations. We had a hinge that tore out of the pressed wood. We were able to fix it with the repair plate. It is sturdy and works perfectly. The plate also hides the broken and chipped wood, which is a bonus. You also get enough quality screws with the plates.

Good but there is a problem
These are very handy and will solve your problem, but there is an issue with these. The two holes near the circle are too small for any screw to go in. Therefore, I have had to bore a bigger hole using power drill with concrete drill bit (6mm) and then it worked like a charm.
