I like the product, the scan is fast and clear, also have more scan options Only one mater, I didn't like the size of the documents after scan and need to be compressed

I have had the two previous versions of this scanner and even though they have wowed me, this one is the BEST! It works flawlessly with Mac Ventura AND Windows! It is virtually idiot proof and has all the needed software loaded onto it already. Even updating the factory settings was pain free. It does double sided scanning and automatic page sizing which makes it a rarity at this price and size. I can't recommend it enough for ppl who want to (try to) go (totally) paperless. It's perfect for newbies and experts alike. Btw the only reason that I bought the newer version was because the PII didn't work with mac and my P150 has a loose usb port. BUT they still work wonderfully. So, I suspect the R10 will last me a good 6-10 years of hard use (yes, I'm serious).

Ce scanner est très pratique. Extrêmement compact il rentre dans la mallette d’ordinateur et peut être emmener partout. Réglages faciles et données de sortie modulables. Il m’est indispensable.

عملي وممتاز

Après quelques jours de bons et loyaux service, le scanner est inutilisable : Problème avec le pilot TWAIN erreur 80FF00001 ! Impossible à résoudre. J'ai tout essayé : désactiver l'antivirus / installer re installer les pilotes, le logiciel, etc. cherché sur les forums... RIEN !
