So after ordering these it arrived quickly and came in a small box so happy to see not too much wasteful packaging.Firsts thoughts on opening was that I was initially thinking it’s just another EarPods that probably is the same as others , but at the feel of the podcase it was a nice velvety silky silicone feel rather a nice material that would help with grip in hand and won’t easily slip out of grip.I had been looking for similar earphones like these .Again EarPods feel like very good quality like it is well made colour is absolutely gorgeous the right kind of navy very sleek and smart looking like it would look cool as an accessory piece in a personal bag .Connecting initially was a bit tricky I had to take a few goes pressing few times in the EarPods to get it to be picked up on The Bluetooth range and after some few goes it manage to pick up I’m not sure why that was the case but that’s something maybe the brand could pick up on And look into.But once connected it was a dream to hear the audio from definitely noise cancelling was there so happy for that but my only gripe was it didn’t want to sit in my ear for long. I’m not sure if this was a ergonomical issue, or just I’m not used these designs, or even possibly I’m not placing them well in my ear but it didn’t want to sit there so I would definitely only purchase if ur use to these designs as it may be a little tricky.Overall thoughts other than the in-ear design I loved them very much audio was excellent but could have been a little easier to connect I would happily recommend these earphones

Very happy with these headphones lots of great features, first they fit me well I would think I have average size ears and they are comfortable and don’t fall out (although there are alternative size moulds for different ear sizes included in the pack).With the noise cancelling turned off they block out a lot of the outside noise, so the adjustable hear through feature is perfect for when you’re listening to music but still need to hear the real world. With noise cancelling turned on you are literally at one with the music and no disruption, would be great on a plane.Sound quality is great I’m no expert but they give out a perfect slightly bass sound, perfect for active listening but using the app you can adjust the levels for a more subtle sound.Battery life again seems very good and the fact that the case holds extra charge you can top them up without having to plug them in, perfect for trips away / traveling etc.Having used many cheaper headphones in the past, these Jabra are quicker to pair and when you pull them out the case they reconnect pretty much instantly.And finally the buttons on the headphone I read reviews saying they weren’t great but I found them very light to touch and you can do everything from them, a useful feature is being able to switch between noise cancelling and hear through with one click of the head phone.

I think the Jabra Elite 4 are a decent pair of earphones although overpriced at their current price. Whilst the earphones are extremely comfortable and lightweight, there is a small trade off with the sound quality – particularly when compared with competitors at a similar price point.At their default settings, the earphones have a very 'flat' sound. The Jabra Sound+ app is essential to modify the EQ to get the most out of the ear phones, and they are certainly capable of generating plenty of bass. Unfortunately the sound stage is quite limited compared to my Anker earphones; I suspect this is due to the the 'smaller' 6mm drivers.Sound isolation is excellent even in the absence of active noise cancelling (ANC). The ‘HearThrough’ functionality works as intended. Battery life is average. I also like the fact the Jabra app provides an indicator of battery reserve for each earphone and the case. Lastly, the fit is excellent and remain in my ears despite working out.Ultimately I think the Elite 4 Active are a good pair of earphones for everyday use or exercising. I suspect most people will find the sound quality good enough for their needs although unlikely to cater for audiophiles or enthusiasts.Update June 2023:The sound quality is improved after 'breaking' the earphones in. However, the mic qualtiy has a lot left to be desired. It's a shame, because these are the most comfortable earphones I've had the pleasure of trying. Most of them give me 'fatigue'. I've replaced them with the EarFun Pro 3 - whilst these do not sound as good, the microphone is much better for audio calls.

I have a Sony WF1000XM3, then why I would want a second pair of ANC earbuds, you ask? Because I want something smaller, easier to wear even when I'm in bed, and won't fall off when I'm running outside. The Jabra does just that.The Jabra set is very small and discreet. The earbuds won't stick out from my ear when I wear them, so there's very little rubbing on my running cap when I wear with a cap. Also, thanks to the low profile, they don't tend to catch wind noise as much as the big and bulky Sony when I run outside. That's a very unexpected plus that I did not think of before hand. And one more plus is that I can comfortably wear this pair inside my motorcycle helmet. No need to spend extra on a Bluetooth headset!The earbuds functions and features are quite standard, but with the press buttons instead of touch - I suppose this is geared towards physical activity usage when you sometimes wear gloves, or use under wet condition (e.g. rain, sweat). You have the ability to control play/pause (press on the right side), turn on and off ANC (press on the left side), and more importantly adjusting volume (press and hold the left to decrease, and do the same for the right to increase). The volume function is omitted in many other brands (Sony included, until they updated their software recently!) so that's a very pleasant surprise to find out Jabra included this - and they don't even mention it in their instruction! I do find the buttons require a little too much force to press and hope they would revise it in the next model with a lighter press.One more time, the set is designed to be used during physical activities so convenient features like stopping music when taken off isn't available. I think this has to do with the removal of infrared sensors on the earbuds themselves - these sensors don't work very well in wet conditions anyway, so removing them to use for physical activities makes sense to me.With regards the mic quality, I can confirm that these work very well. I haven't had any occassion when the caller complains about not being able to hear me, and I have made calls during running with running cap on, or even whilst wearing motorcycle helmet. Be careful when wear this and talk in public though, because this set is too small, sometimes people will mistake you for talking to them (happened to me a few times!).Battery life lasts forever that I forget that these need charging sometimes. The case does not support wireless charging, but an USB C charger is widely available these days and I just charge it whenever I remember. The case has a light in front which lights up when you open the lid, and the light changes colour based on its battery level (green - full, yellowish - 40-60%, I think, and red for low). Very intuitive!Last and not least, about ANC quality, I must say it depends on the environment. Here I am comparing directly to the Sony WF1000XM3, which is called 'the king'. The Sony has better ANC when it's not windy. However, once the wind picks up, the Sony will produce a lot of wind noise whilst the Jabra won't, so in that case, the Jabra wins.All in all, I find the Jabra Elite 4 Active an excellent pair of Bluetooth earbuds. It may not have the best ANC quality on the market, but it does everything else perfectly. And for my own need, I find that I reach out to the Jabra more often than the Sony just because it's smaller and easier to use.

I bought these to replace my airpod pro's that had started to rattle. Given these are half the price point, I was really impressed on first using them. The sound was really clear and balanced, the build quality of the case and buds was good, there is a satisfying snap when you put them in. I also liked the fact they're a little different to the common airpods and the colour (dark blue) looked good. There are some challenges however. (1) They require the jabra app to set up, this takes a small amount of time but means you need to plan it, you can't just quickly connect to a new phone, (2) the buttons on the buds require a little pressure, they are not "touch", so you are effectively pushing the buds further into your ear to pause etc, which can at times be uncomfortable (3) there have been times when the sound connection has faltered, for a fraction of a second. Not a concern, but not something I experienced with the airpods.Overall - if you like the look and appreciate the sound quality then the challenges above are easy to overlook (i.e. control from your phone, don't try and use last minute to join a work meeting on a new device!) and the price point is certainly attractive compared to the competition.

I've ben impressed with these earbuds.I imagine the ANC and battery with these little earbuds are always inferior to the big over the head proper headphones so Im not marking them down for that.That said, once you install the Jabra app and adjust the ANC to your preference, it's pretty good for such a small thing with no earphones. You certainly notice the difference.I dropped one in the sink while I was brushing my teeth and it got a bit wet so I was afraid it wouldnt work but it worked fine. II believe this active model, while not being waterproof has some splash proofing.There are 3 modes - (a) listen with ANC on, (b) listen with ANC off, (c) and a transparent mode which mutes whatever you're listening to and lets you hear what noise is going on outside. (c) is handy for if you suddenly need to hear what someones saying without removing the earbuds. It's a bit like listening with 2 hearing aids in!I'd estimate that on a full charge, the battery life is something between 4 and 5 hours. But beware charging them for a couple of hours then expecting that again, as I think they need a bit longer.The case takes a USB C cable(comes with) and has a flashing green light for when it's charging - when fully charged it stays constantly green. I'm guessing this is probably a very common feature, but the earbuds are magnetically attracted to their charging ports which saves you faffing about.They come with 3 sizes of ear inserts. I quickly found out the middle one is best for me.It's worth searching through the different colours as the price can vary drastically between them.The only downside is they don't pair with my plug in bluetooth receiver I use for my TV but that could be cos it's old - they certainly pair with my phone and laptop and other TV which have bluetooth receivers built in.No idea how they would compare with the more advanced models but put it this way, as someone who's had lots of pairs of budget ANC headphones, they've performed better than I'd hoped and now I'll keep replacing them. But so far they're lasting very well. I would certainly go for Jabra again - I'm waiting for those active 10s to come down to a price I can afford!

I've really enjoyed trying these Jabra earbuds out. My brother said they are a reputable brand, and these did not disappoint.The Jabra Elite 4 Active arrives in quite nondescript packaging (bordering on generic looking if I'm honest) and the little charging case doesn't really carry any loud branding. However the case is sturdy and the charge lasts FOREVER.I normally have some trouble with in ear headphones as I have various piercings dotted around my ears. This can lead to an irregular or uncomfortable fit. I swapped the default medium Eargels to the small ones and they are snug and feel great on, even while exercising.When using the Active Noise Cancellation, it is very easy to just zone out and the sound quality is very nice. I’ve been using the Jabra Sound+ app on my phone to play around with the different modes while listening to a range of different genres and would recommend anyone who gets these to do the same to find your ideal setting.After going on several jogs with these in, I have tried out the Hearthrough mode and found it really helpful to stay aware of my surrounding and traffic etc. I also like that you need to press the buds to access the controls as this reduces the chances of brushing past one and accidentally skipping a song or pausing a track.Would definitely recommend these!

Having received the Jabra Elite 4 Active in good order I was immediately presented with an opportunity to test this device on the go whilst visiting London on the train. I have experience of another manufacturer's Bluetooth earbuds (not a particularly mainstream brand at a slightly lower price point) and was disappointed, particularly in-call. Whilst I haven't specifically tested in-call yet, in every other respect my experience with the Jabra Elite 4 Active has been decent. Right off the bat the fit was excellent - extremely comfortable; insert and a small twist sees the earbuds sit nicely in the ear. I noticed little movement or slip, even when chewing. Jabra support these earbuds with an App which was relatively easy to follow, although I recommend activating "Find My Jabra" which seems to make them pair more readily following initial set-up. The options are just right, with both a equaliser and options in relation to noise reduction to achieve the perfect setting. Sounds quality exceeded my expectations. The bass was deep but not over-powering and I noticed myself picking up components of tunes I'd missed using my previous device. The noise reduction obviously helped here immensely - on a noisy train I could literally here nothing else (although there is a pass-through option too). The only negative for me was the case in which you store the earbuds and which offers a charge. Compared to my other experience I found the finish a little lacking and the hinged top somewhat flimsy. I can imagine this getting squashed out of shape in a pocket or bag. However in general my initial impressions are very positive and I had no hesitation in offering 4/5 stars at this stage.

Bon maintient dans les oreilles qualité du son plus que correct, durée de la batterie excellente ! J'écoute énormément de musique et je les recharges une fois par semaines. Je les ai recommandé a des proches et après achat ils ont le même avis que moi. Inutile de dépenser plus cher !
