OMG! It really does make your carpets look and smell like new! I have a dog and you dog lovers out there know what I am talking about! And today, I used it on the recliner that Aggie sleeps in at night, and it was filthy, AND NOW IT IS NOT! Recliner fabric looks new and smells clean, not flowery, just CLEAN! I highly recommend this product as I like a clean house and this is now my go to product. I did purchase the spray they recommend in conjunction with the Capture powder for dog/pet problems. I also purchased from Amazon a handled brush with medium stiff bristles to brush the carpet/upholsterypowder into the fabric. Use the upholstery tool with your vacuum after 30 minutes to vacuum clean. No residue!

This cleaner really was amazing and it did do everything that it said it would, I was desperate to clean a part of the carpet that the dogs had got dirty and was ready to get in the moving truck. Spread it out let it sit awhile (and not even as long as they recommended) brushed it, vacuumed it and came out great. The size I bought was way more than I needed, so I had plenty left and I think it was worth every penny.

Returned to my house after 10 days away and it had a very bad odor. Probably from meal preparation by the housesitters. I tried this product with no knowledge about it. It has worked very well. The only shortcoming is that there is a "pre-mist" product made by the same company which is recommended for use with the carpet cleaning powder, but there is no mention of the pre-mist in the text that accompanies the product listing. However, even without the pre-mist, this product has done the job very well, The carpet and the rooms are much better, and there is no bad odor in the rooms treated.

I’ve been using this stuff for years ever since it was recommended by a carpet store. It is easy to use: you need to put the liquid spray -sold separately if not in a kit — on first, then brush it in and wait for a while. Then vacuum it up and the stain is often completely gone. Sometimes you have to do it twice. One of the things I like most about it is that the application process automatically “feathers” in the cleaned edges so you don’t get a noticeably cleaner spot — it all blends. I’ve used this on everything from stomped-in ketchup stains to (ick) cat diarrhea. On off-white carpet. Worked like a champ.

Amazing product! I bought it for a Pottery Barn all wool carpet that had a musty smell. It completely neutralized all smells that two boxes of baking soda wouldn’t remedy. Highly recommend.

Work ok on rugs with light soiling. White powder is kind of messy to vacuum and Dispose of. Good idea between rug cleanings but not a substitute for a professional job.

I have dogs live in a wet climate. Dry cleaning worked wonders for paw dirty, bone chewing areas. Nice to find this again.
