I deal with bunions and plantar fasciitis and this numbed the pain significantly, was ice cold for 25mins and then gradually "defrosted" it's nice having something I can lay in bed with without dealing with it falling off. Easy to put and take off. I'm mad at myself for not buying this sooner. Excellent product

I cannot recommend these ice pack slippers enough for post-surgery recovery! After bunion and hammer toe surgery, these have honestly been one of the BEST purchases I made. The fact that they come as a pair is genius because I can continuously swap them out and ice much more often than I ever did after previous surgeries with regular ice packs. It has made such a huge difference in my comfort and swelling. They stay perfectly cold for about 30 minutes, which is the ideal amount of time, and the cold feels soothing without being too harsh. They are incredibly easy to slip on and off, even with limited mobility after surgery. They’re soft, comfortable, lightweight, and roomy enough to wear with thin socks. Sizing was spot on — I wear a women’s size 9.5 and ordered the Medium, and the fit was perfect. They feel secure without squeezing or causing pressure on sensitive areas. Most importantly, they’ve made icing convenient and comfortable, which means I actually use them consistently. If you’re recovering from bunion surgery, hammer toe surgery, or any foot procedure, these are absolutely worth it.
