Shore Hardness would be less than 20 I guess.

Bought it for my six month old daughter, as I thought each spoke would feel like a finger and she would enjoy chewing on it. But for an infant this is not well designed. The ball is so small that the spokes are quite close together and has the danger of poking into her eye or nose when she’s chewing on one of them. Also if the ball is around and she rolls on top of it, it would hurt her. These scenarios did happen with her. So I don’t recommend it, although as a teether the material is fine.
