It took a few nights to adjust, I removed one center insert and my neck is feeling better. I’m short (5’2”) and the shaped ones are too high for me. I like this one soft but supported. You can also flip pillow over and use whole pillow ,unlike the contoured ones. Would buy again.

CURRENT UPDATE : I love this pillow. Very comfortable- very cool- I sleep on the cold side of the pillow. It really is so versatile. I’m using all four layers. I’m 5’5. 125lbs, side sleeper. Added 2 more photos of this wonderful pillow. After trying to find a natural latex pillow that was high enough, and that would expand - I started searching memory foam because latex just doesn’t seem to cut it - the ones I tried did not get loft - they stayed flat and mishapen. I have a 3 inch latex topper on the bed which is great. It’s Dunlop process and most latex pillows are the softer talalay process. I searched memory foam pillows and was glad to see they’re using better types of memory foams that are chemical free and certified certi-pur. The Lofe adjustable pillow caught my eye because you can adjust it and I need a high pillow. It arrived and all the layers, there are 4- were flat. Within 20 minutes they grew! It was amazing to watch. The fotos of the layers are when they were still flat, the foto with the ruler- they were expanded. Each layer has ventilation holes and a cover - the holes are a great idea- they’ll keep the layers from getting too hot, I’m a warm sleeper so it’s a plus. I like that the foam is protected in its own case so it doesn’t tear if you need to adjust. The outer side of the case is very chilly- the underside is warm as they stated it would be. The weight of the pillow is great. Not super heavy- not too light. I’ve got all 4 layers in there and got 5 inches. I also put the layers in the case and was able to fit my cooling pillow protector over it and put them in my cotton pillowcase. I like that the cover is washable, and I will air dry it when needed as the dryer can degrade fabric over time. I only use the dryer for drying bed sheets and towels. I will use the pillow tonight and update my review in a few days. I did watch tv with the pillow and it feels perfect with all 4 layers in it, cool side up. Great design, awesome idea. Very easy to put together. There was a light smell but it’s gone. And it’s already in its case as well as a pillow protector to keep dust away - and in a regular pillowcase on top of that! The pillow has just enough "give"without your head sinking, from how it felt while watching tv for a little while. It’s firm but has some cushion without being smushy where it goes flat. IMPORTANT- the 2 fotos of the case is to show the different sides of the case- the pillow wasn’t fully expanded yet. I will add photos of that when I update- it fills out the case nicely. This is hands down the best and most comfortable pillow I’ve ever purchased. I’ve tried so many pillows over the years, and almost all of them left me with neck pain no matter how I slept. This one is a total game changer. The adjustable memory foam inserts make such a difference. Being able to customize the height means my neck is finally supported properly, whether I’m sleeping on my side, back, or stomach. I wake up without stiffness or pain for the first time in years. The pillow feels supportive but not stiff, and the removable cover is a nice bonus. If you struggle with neck pain and can’t seem to find the right pillow, I genuinely can’t recommend this one enough.

I have tried so many pillows and everyone is different so this may not be the golden one for everyone. And I would give it 5 stars but I wish I could half like a half inch insert haha I use 2 inserts for my bed which is perfect, and when I visit my boyfriend I use 3 (take my pillow with me, that's how specific my neck is). I get migraines and my neck is a big trigger. This pillow has helped immensely. It isn't really cooling that I have noticed but that's not why I got it. I totally dig the adjustable height situation.

Best pillow that I have ever purchased. I have a bulging disk in my neck and this thinner and very comfortable pillow is a game changer for me. I side sleep and even back sleep without aggravating it. I use 2 slices so you really get 2 pillows per purchase. My fiance ordered one too and loves it.

So far the pillow has been great! I love that it is adjustable so I have more options to figure out my right fit.

I really wanted to like this product because I bought one of their first generation products that did not have the adjustable height and the material was amazing. The material that they now use I feel has a tendency as other reviews have stated is hot. also, I feel that the pillow has a tendency to be too hard and I know in their previous version because I still have their original version. The material was a lot softer and a lot more comfortable. I wish they would go back to their original material they used when they first got started.

as advertized, extremely comfortable and versatile

I’ve been looking for a slim pillow for years. A while back I had a whiplash in a minor car accident. My neck is fine now but as a result of the accident, standard size pillows are no longer useable for me. All this time I’ve been using a folded towel which works fine until you turn to sleep in your side. Now I have a choice of pillows that are the perfect thickness depending on where I sleep—and they fold easily so that I can effortlessly adjust them when I turn and sleep on my side!!!☀️☀️ The pillows are well made- they give a little but keep their form. They remain cool and light throughout the night. The pillow case is luxurious against your face. A very, very, satisfied customer!!!! Saro

took a gamble on it, wasn't right for me unfortnuatley. Feels a bit akwards with the square edges rather than being curved. Cant get it height right; with 3 too heigh, 2 too low for stomach sleeping
