I ordered this product which we have enjoyed for some time. Unfortunately, I I didn't realize until after the return date that they shipped the wrong item. I still contacted the seller to notify them, and they shipped me the correct item at no charge. I'm very pleased with this product and very impressed with the seller's customer service.

It works well but comes out too fast until tube is at least half empty.

This product relieves the dryness of nasal passages due to hot air heat and low humidity in most homes in winter. I was experiencing bleeding from the dryness. Ordered this product and it relieved the problem immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Have used this product for several years, but the stores in my area no longer carry it. This is the only product that keeps my nose from being super dry and bleeding.

I could have died from using the nasal gel product and -- even worse -- the "maker" of this product won't help me determine the exact cause or even bother to reply to my last 3 emails. I have used many nasal products and I've never had an allergic reaction but with this product I experienced a potentially life-threatening reaction of hives, redness, and swelling around my neck minutes later. And, I only used a small amount in one nostril. I wish to caution people trying this or any intranasal product to use the smallest amount possible in a test. With any intranasal product, I suggest testing a very small amount on the back of your hand, and only after no obvious reactions <60 minutes later, then try a super tiny amount near the edge of a nostril (where it is easy to wash out if a reaction develops). Have an antihistamine (e.g. benadryl) on hand before testing any nasal product! Had I not taken two different antihistamines immediately, I might have ended up in the emergency room or worse. Turbinates in the nose quickly distribute chemicals into the bloodstream, which is why I developed a reaction minutes after use. Please be careful in testing this or other nasal products. I have asked the "maker" of this product (Profounda) to work with me and my doctor to provide ingredient samples with which we can perform testing so that all of us can learn from this and potentially save a life. Profounda doesn't make the product. They contract that out to someone else and they won't supply me with contact information for that other company, and they haven't even responded to my last 3 emails requesting assistance! They responded to me initially but not with concern for my health but for the fact that I posted a negative review here! They don't appear to care whatsoever about my potentially life-threatening reaction or to take efforts to learn from this and protect future users.

I have a weirdly dry inner nose, and have for many years (prob allergies or dehydration). There are a number of gels and saline sprays out there, but none come close to how amazing Rhinaris is. My nose is so dry it hurts to breathe through it, so nasal sprays don't do anything because as soon as they dry, it's dry again. Most gels have some sort of medicinal smell. This doesn't. It's light and clear. NOTE - It does not FIX the problem, just makes it easier to deal with. If one's nose is dry, I doubt any medicine will fix it, it's my body telling me something.

Actually it is my husband that uses Rhinase. For years he used another, similar product that is only available in Canada. Rhinase is the only product of it's kind, available in the States that doesn't make his nose bleed. I searched for a long time and am grateful that I found Rhinase.
