How can I get the product with 12% scent?

Probably straight from the manufacturer. I think they only sell higher % to commercial customers.

is this product fake?

I 1st used this Body Wash at a hotel. I loved it. I found it again on Amazon and ordered it. It has the same aroma and consistency as the small hotel bottle. I believe it to be authentic. I hope you enjoy it too.

Does the pump screw off to refill? It does with the small 8.5oz but I don't know if it does with this large one.

I don’t have a pump. It’s just the top you push one side it opens. Use the other side of the cap to close it.
