Probably a hoax
We have tried to germinate the seeds as per given instruction. Firstly, it is almost impossible to remove one end of the seed before spam ng in water. And, even one could soften the tip, there was no sign of sprouts coming out. I just followed instructions and found it was a hoax......

Only two seeds germinated leading to a healthy plant.

The seeds sprouted
4 to 5 seeds sprouted, but I kept the remaining too in water, even the floating seeds and slightly scraped one edge on a rough board till white inner shell is seen, as explained in some you tube videos. Then almost all of them sprouted. Potted the grown ones in a pot and immersed the pot in another tub filled with water. Have to wait to see how long they will take to bloom.
