Perfect First Oil Treatment for a Handmade Cutting Board
Used this as the very first oil treatment on a handmade cutting board my son made in school, and the results were fantastic. The board had never been fully conditioned before and still had that slightly dry, woolly raw-wood feel at first. After treatment, the wood settled down beautifully, the grain came alive, and the color deepened exactly the way a good cutting board should. The oil soaked in evenly, did not leave a sticky finish, and really transformed the board from “fresh project” into a finished usable kitchen piece. The attached photo shows how rich the wood looked afterward. Excellent product for starting and maintaining a quality wood cutting board correctly.

Perfect for countertops.
I bought this to oil my soapstone and it works great. This version has the applicator, which is really nice to have. It goes on easily and soaks into the stone. I coat my counter, let it sit for 20 minutes, then wipe off any excess. That lasts about 3 months. No odor or color. Good price for the quality.

This oil was easy to use on my cutting boards. Super light on the smell, super thin for easy absorption & easy to apply. Good quality oil!

Good stuff!
This oil is pure mineral oil without anything added. There’s no odor. It’s considered to be safe as food grade mineral oil. Application was easy and I feel my new cutting board is well protected. I’ve only applied it once as recommended considering the length of time I’ve used the board.

Sanded my board down and oiled it and it looks brand new
My cutting board was in rough shape so I sanded it down and applied this after and the difference was unreal. Looked completely brand new. The oil soaks in deep and brings the wood back in a way that wiping it down never does. I went a step further and applied beeswax on top after the oil dried and that combo is hard to beat. The oil conditions the wood and the beeswax seals it and gives it an extra layer of water resistance. Water just beads right off now instead of soaking in and warping the board over time. Food grade, odorless and safe for contact surfaces. If your board is looking beat up don't throw it out. Sand it, oil it, wax it and it'll be good for years.
