Do your research, and this CPU will work great
I visited some 3rd party websites to verify this CPU would work with my motherboard. All information showed that it would work fine, which it did. I installed, put some new heat-transfer paste on, and fired it up successfully.Its working well!

CPU only, No Heat Sink or Fan
The photo suggested that it comes in retail packaging, which would include basic heat sink and fan. It comes in a unmarked brown box with dirty foam packaging. Little disappointed, but the price was cheap.

It did not come with a heat spread which he did not say it did not come with one in the description.

Read the description closely.
At this early date in time, it appears that the CPU is working ok, but I'm going to run an Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool on it soon.The description says that this model is a boxed version "BX" (BX80602E5520) But it is not. It only arrived in a clear plastic clamshell, (tray versions). As such, it should have cost less.I know you can't go by the picture (shown in a retail box), but the description should have said "tray" and not have the "BX......" in the model number.
