Excellent for Sourdough Baking
This is a very fine flour. It is almost the consistency of powdered sugar. I use it to dust my sourdough proofing baskets as well as dusting the surfaces of my sourdough before scoring. Since it lacks gluten, it doesn’t absorb into the dough so it allows the scoring to really show.

Nice flour
Made homemade gluten free wonton wrappers. This flour worked wonderfully. Very happy with it.

Great!
Perfect for making mochi, easy to use, just make sure to close the bag properly or you’ll spill everything lol

I beleive this is a good quality rice flour. I haven't tried many but I've bought this one twice and the product is always good and 100% free of contaminents.

Not much for the price
16 oz just doesn't seem like much. In fact I actually weighed this when it came because I thought it seemed so small. But, it was about the same or less cost as any other kind, so I guess it's just what you get. I need to check our Asian market next time I'm there to see if they have anything for less. I got this to make sesame balls and it seems to work fine. It is a bit messy, it came in a bag but there's kinda flour dust in the bag so it clearly isn't completely closed off. Not that there's a leak, it must just be what the original bag is made of.

Yummy- used it to make mochi cake!
I used this for a recipe for coconut mochi cake, perfect product. Kinda small bag, but worth the money.

Great for wooden cookie cutter molds
This flour is so light and fine - it is perfect for coating wooden molds for cookies. It doesn’t fill the fine crevices that make up detail work, doesn’t seem to alter the texture of the cookie, and disappears during baking. I’m really happy with it.
