Mens size 11. Will they fit?

I believe they will. I wore them for Halloween with a men’s size 8 shoe inside, no problems

Do these have a sole you could dance in? Are they slippy or grippy?

No soles---they are like a loose slipper. We actually put them over our shoes so there is the support of your shoe. They are a little slippery if you were on a dance floor. We were outside, even on cement most of the day. They got a little worn but not really worn out. A good value for the money !

Can these be worn over a boys size 2 sneakers?

They can but will be too big. Unless you buy a smaller size than mine!!

Se veían más bonitas en la foto que en la realidad porque están más ajustadas de lo que pensaba y la forma de la punta no se mantiene. El picó como que se dobla y la base de la bota es muy delgada, por lo que si caminas mucho, seguro la rompes rápidamente.
