The fact that the pumps didn’t work.
The cream works well and relieves my pain, however the bottle pumps didn’t work. I brought 2 bottles and both pumps didn’t work, we had to unscrew the bottles and spread with my hand.

Had a knee replacement last Sept and left knee needs one now. Anyway they were hurting last night and rub this on and felt relief after a few minutes

Better than original tiger balm
I swear by this stuff! I feel like it's better than the original tiger balm. This is like a lotion. I get awful sciatica flare ups and this helps so much. Definitely crucial if you're having pain. Don't use it right before or right after a shower because it can sting some people (my husband - I was fine). The smell is super strong though so fair warning. I don't mind it tho it's kinda like a cinnamon smell but stronger.

I am a fan of Tiger Balm and liked this came in a cream with a pump for easy application. But get ready for a strong scent that can light up a room. Product helped on my knees and ankles.
