I ordered this clearly bc Halloween It is for the most part. There is a skirt lining like underneath so it’s not see-through .but STILL put on biker shorts ON bc why would you not!. The elastic has A good stretch overall good quality . comfortable and doable! but I didn’t want nothing to major. i’m about to splatter fake blood all over it so overall good.

Used the tutu for a Halloween costume was thrilled yo get it the next day after I ordered it. Loved how full it was.

Weird smell
It's a great tutu, and i'm 100% using it for my Halloween costume, it's super fluffy and the colors are great, however, there is a really bad smell that comes along with it. It was so bad I had to leave it outside to air out then I had to use some spray AND STILL there is a faint smell
