I purchased the “ slightly used” chafing dish, which saved me about eight dollars. I was totally impressed and pleased that chafing dish that arrived was practically new. Just the original box was a little damaged. Works great I would highly recommend

I bought this before my son's 5th grade graduation party to use for taco fillings, and it's exactly what we needed! It's very easy to use, even for someone who has never used a Sterno heater before. It keeps the food hot for a few hours with 2 Sterno gel-cans, that fit in the provided holders. We lined the 2 pan inserts with aluminum foil to make clean-up even easier. It's nice that everything breaks down to almost flat, so it's easy to store. We usually buy the Sterno gel cans on Amazon or Wal-mart; both have comparable prices. Definitely a good buy if you entertain a lot, and family have already asked to borrow it for their events!

Overall it seems built well, however, it is all raw cut sheetmetal edges that are very sharp. It is very easy to cut yourself on every edge of this thing.

The product is very low quality & still quality is not good. I think manufacturer should have to be lookafter the matter. I need 10 sets, but I am unhappy about this product.
