Black Ink Refills (10pcs), Replaceable Pens Refills, 1mm Medium Tip - Black

I acquired this wooden pen several years ago. It was out of ink but it was a really nice wooden writing pen and I just couldn’t bring myself to get rid of it. I took it apart cleaned it measured the insert and ordered new inserts. They came in today I put the new insert in and it works absolutely beautifully. I gifted the pen to my husband he loves it.

These worked out well to save some of my favorite pens. Remove the wax then warm up in your hand test in paper to get them started. They roll well. Fit perfectly.

I found a very high quality Quill pen that my employer gave to me 20 years ago. When I tried to write with it, the ink was dry. I went on Amazon and found these in red blue and black. I ordered blue and black. They fit perfectly. They seem to be a nice color. Black is black, and blue is a very dark blue. Hard to distinguish blé from black unless they are side by side or in brighter light. This is the way I like my blue when signing documents. I left a photo showing the pen, a black refill (blue is in the pen), a sample writing on a white envelope, and a box pen used for the Bic pen sample. Please feel free to order these for your old Quills as they fit perfectly. Don’t forget to remove the wax tip on the refill before using. Enjoy!

These are great but they were too small for my pen. I made some length adjustments and they work just fine now.
