I've been using curcumin for about 6 months as part of an anti spike protein stack. Didn't notice too much difference at first but after a couple of months I'd notices I hadn't really got ill or picked up any colds. Usually with the kids I end up getting a cold every few months but since taking these I've only had 1 and it passed a lot quicker than usual so finding them effective. Tablet size is pretty standard and quality is good. Not had any digestive issues with these and take them with breakfast. They've recently changed and packaging from a screw top bottle to a re seal pouch. I prefer bottle so just move them over to an old one I had left over. For reference daily stack includes 2 x 500mg Curcumin, 2 x 100mg Nattokinase, 1x 500mg Bromelain.

As usual these reviews don't always allow time to fully test. I have used these for osteoarthritis and have been taking two capsules daily. I can say honestly that up to now they are working well enough for me to stop my daily prescription pain relief and my range of movement has definitely improve, to-date. It could be placebo effect, it doesn't really matter as long as it works.

I did a lot of research before deciding to buy this brand, there are many on the market, but the ingredients of this one I believe are superior, high strength. I have to say, I wasn't disappointed, I've been taking them two months, the first week I didn't notice much difference, but after that i certainly did. Less aching in my joints and much less swelling. Just bought another 4 bottles to bring home with me as they unfortunately don't ship to my country of residence. EDIT: 12 Jan 23, 2 months later, I'm walking daily 5-10K and although I have a little pain at times, there is no debillitating swelling and pain in my arthritic knee that there used to be. I'm waiting for a knee replacement, I have patella alta thats degenerated my joint to stage 4. Right now, I honestly think I don't need it!

Didn’t notice any difference taking them for a few months and, unfortunately I found them far too big to swallow. The only way for me was to mix them up in my yogurt and fruit. I shan’t be buying them any more.

This is an excellent product, and was such a good price that I ordered more. The brand had priced these at just £5.99/bottle initially, which must have been to get more orders through Amazon as they have since increased to £9.99 - still a good price compared to most similar products from other brands. Each capsule contains 500mg of turmeric standardised to 95% Curcumin, plus 5mg of Bioperine to enhance bioavailability. For 17p/capsule, this is an excellent dosage which will effectively reduce symptoms of inflammation. For myself and my family, who all take this, we suffer from both typical age related joint issues and inflammatory diseases, and Curcumin does help a lot with our symptoms. It is very noticeable for myself if I either stop taking Curcumin or take a low dosage, and this product seems to be on par with our go-to brands, so I definitely recommend it if you need an affordable source of the supplement.

I bought this to reduce the pain in my knee, I’ve noticed significant improvement to the point where I don’t need to take pain killers or wear my knee support, it seems to have worked for me.
