2005 Carryall Turf 1 lift kit install
This kit was super simple to install! I put it on my 2005 club car carry-all which is based off the DS platform the only parts I had to buy extra were a set of hubs with plastic covers since mine had this steel covers. (Club Car Front Wheel Hub Assembly with Bearings for DS Precedent 2003-Up,102357701) I purchased my kit labeled as a used item but the seller made sure it was properly packed all the parts were there and to be honest I would have thought it was a new kit if it weren't for the package being damaged and could tell it had been resealed. I am very happy with the seller and very happy with the products and I promise you will be also. And if there are any doubts if 6-in lift will be enough for your golf cart rest assured it definitely is.

Nice kit but Not all hardware included.
Bought this lift kit for my 2004 Club car XRT 800. The holes in the frame didnโt quite match up. Once I bolted the first frame bolt in the other was about a quarter inch off. So the kit didnโt line up exactly. I drilled out the holes a little larger and got it on. The kit does not come with new mounting bolts so if yours were rusted like mine youโll have to get some from the hardware store. Same with the rear, Bolts and bushings not included. Make sure you order a rear bushing kit. Also if your cart has factory rear lift brackets then you will need a bushing kit with 6 sets of bushings. 4 for the leaf springs and 2 sets for the frame. Good luck with your install. Hope this helps.

Not bad for the money but takes fabrication a little
If you are not mechanically inclined and willing to do some fabrication, I would not suggest this fit. It was missing some step and have to figure out what to do if never having upgraded a golf cart before. The spindles had to be drilled larger to fit tie rod components. Way larger actually. Once installed the kit is nice but definitely not something that just bolts right on easily.

Highly recommended!!
Iโm really happy with this lift kit. The instructions were easy to follow and well illustrated. Iโm a DIY type of guy but have zero mechanic skills and I found the install to be very clean and easy. The hardest part was having to reuse some of the old nuts and bolts. My cart is a 2010 so some pieces were rusted out and I needed to replace. Total working time was about 4hrs. I also upgraded to a heavy duty leaf springs in the back for when our whole family rides or when carrying cargo. I highly recommend this kit to anyone considering lifting their cart. I love the ride now!! My cart is riding on 22x11 - 10โ Rims.

Customer service
Part was listed as club car 2004.5 and with plastic hub covers. Didnโt say anything about not fitting a precedent model. Then company would not pay shipping for return and 20% restocking fee

Great Product Heavy Duty shipping was fast even though it was a heavy box
This product was exactly as described. Went together fairly easy. Directions were easy to follow yet could have been a little better. Took my time installing this so hard to say how long it would have taken to put it all together. The biggest thing i can say is make sure you inspect all of you tie rods and bushings before this arrives or this is going to take you alot longer as you can order what you need when you purchase this lift so you can get t all done at the same time. Other than that pretty simple..

Good LIft Kit; Not a Straightforward Install
Overall, this is a quality lift kit and once you manage to get it installed, is worth it. The instructions could use some work, often you are left to guess what the writers are describing, and the photos are sometimes not accurate. I understand that this is a generic kit for many different years of Club Car carts, but there were times where the instructions were just wrong and leaving you guessing. Some of the original hardware that the kit calls for you to retain from does not fit into the kit components. Some bolts needed to be grinded to fit in the kit placement, or the front end lift needed to be disassembled to insert hardware. The connections for the steering system required the holes to be drilled out so that the tie rod ends and steering column connection would fit. Thankfully, there were some online videos of installation that filled in the gaps. Overall, a good kit once you can get the install completed.
