Temperature Control Smart Mug 2 Charging Coaster, White - New and Improved Design (white)

The charging coaster can become damaged (the little charging wires that make contact with the mug can break or get pushed down), so a replacement is occasionally needed. The company will also sometime replace the charger for free but it is nice to have an extra charging plate for different places in the house or office. Works well. Nice to have a variety of colours now.

Arrived with a US plug not a UK one. Product worked but Poor service not to make it clear that it was not fitted with correct plug.

Works great! Excellent alternative to buying a whole new mug when my original charger died. Would also be great as an additional charger so you could have one at work and one at home. Love the copper color!

I absolutely love the Ember mug, but my issue has always been the charger. Really hope the company comes up with a better way, because I’ve had three mugs, but only one charger has truly lasted. The good news is, when the charger is brand new it’s great! My issue has been the little pins in the middle of the charger, they don’t seem to hold up very well. To be clear, they’ve lasted over a year each. So, if that’s the lifespan of the charger, then I guess it’s worth the $40 for a replacement.
