Comfortable and effective
These earplugs just work. Soft enough to fit easily and comfortably into the ears, they effectively block noise to allow you to fall asleep without distraction.

Comfortable for travel
I mainly use these for travel, like on a plane or for sleeping if the street I'm saying on is busy and noisy. This was my first time using this brand from Mack's and they worked well - I have smaller ears but they were still soft and comfy, even after wearing for a few hours. They're smooth on the outside and very soft/squishy but expand in the ears just fine. On the plane they helped drown out the noise of the engine and other "background" noise, but isolated sounds like talking or beeping will still come through a bit. For example, someone was playing a game on their phone that would periodically make a loud "ding!" which I could still hear with these in - not a fault of the product, it would happen with any foam plug. But just have realistic expectations of what it's going to muffle and not. I would say they're soft enough to sleep in but since I'm a side sleeper, I'd probably still trim maybe 1/4" off of the ends to make it more comfortable. I appreciate the travel case these came with too, though ones I've gotten from other brands are a little smaller and take up less space. Overall good comfy plugs to drown out background noise!

Only Comfortable Ear Plugs
As somebody with ASD and major sensory issues, especially when it comes to sounds, I have done some serious damage to my ears due to years and years of having to use ear plugs so much. These are literally the ONLY ear plugs I have ever found that DON'T HURT! I can wear these comfortably for however long I need to, whether that be all night or throughout the entire day on the days when my sensory overload is too much for me and I just need quiet. Are they the most sound blocking of all the ear plugs I've tried? Meh. These are definitely disposable. The first usage they're almost perfect and block most noise. But after that, because they are so soft, they just don't form right in your ears again so that's the only down side is that if you really need complete sound blocking, these don't completely do the trick, and they're really only good for single use. But, for the price, that's not so bad either. But I think it's also important to note that if you live somewhere quieter, and not right on a busy main street in an old apartment building with thin walls and ridiculously loud neighbours over head... and you're not as sound sensitive as somebody with ASD who needs COMPLETE deafness sometimes... These are perfectly suitable probably. I mean they're still the best I've found and I'd rather sacrifice having a little bit of background noise still spill through in order to be able to get a comfortable, pain free, longer wear out of them.

Good standard earplugs.
9/10 Got these as a backup for some higher quality concert Earbuds for seeing Skrillex at Red Rocks. They work as advertised and blocked sound well. They are fairly standard foam earbuds that can be molded to fit most ears comfortably, expanding from squished in about 60s. No quality control issues and overall the value was great for me. Never used them for sleep myself, but I would imagine they would block sound good enough for sound sleep if they can block concert noises. For preserving sound quality I would recommend a set of earplugs tailored for that experience.

The only brand of earplugs worth buying!
These are the very best earplugs to buy. They block sound up to 33 decibels which is superior a lot of other brands. I need them when my husband watches TV at night. I always take them when I travel just in case I need them. They retain their shape long enough to insert, yet they are soft and comfortable.

Best f'n earplugs!
I have tried at least 10 brands, 3 different Mack types, and expensive noise canceling ear buds but these are the best by far! They're the only ones that I can sleep the whole night without pain waking me up 1/2 through the night or irritating my ears. They fit snug and don't fall out, yet still light and feel like there's nothing there! FYI - I'm a side sleeper. I've tried the Macks "women's", extra comfort, and whatever the lime green ones are. These simple fugly brown ones out preformed each by a mile, in both comfort and noise cancelation. I cannot rave about them enough! I bought the small pack as a trial but now I'm buying the large box of them. I'm an EXTREMELY light sleeper. I have a fan running and a white noise machine. Alone, those don't fully cancel out my roommates walking around above my room, but with these in I can't even hear my fan/white noise machine let alone my roommates. Also, I've never had an issue sleeping through an alarm, but then again - I'm a really light sleeper so idk if that'll be the same for everyone. Tldr; if you're thinking about getting these, do it! They work so well and are really comfortable!

Peaceful sleep
I have tried other brands but these are by far the BEST!!! I’m a very light sleeper. I also live in an apartment where the walls are very thin. My neighbor’s work schedule conflicts with mine and I would hear him getting ready for work at 4am. These have been a life saver!! They stay in place all night (I sleep wild). They’re the perfect size for my ears, but most importantly they are soft & comfortable which is an A plus!! Other brands caused my ear to ache after so long. 10/10 recommend these. My only regret is not finding this brand sooner. No complaints here!!. 🙌🏽

Comfortable but not that effective
Soft, comfortable but by no means highly effective for canceling snoring sounds. Would rank has “mildly to modestly effective” at best.

The best foam earplugs to block out snoring!
The BEST earplugs! I bought these to help me sleep through my husband's snoring. They completely block out noise and I've never slept better! They're not uncomfortable like most of the other foam earplugs and you don't even feel them in your ears once they've fully expanded and settled. They do hurt my ear canal a little bit after about 5 months of use - I'll need to see if this becomes a thing. Other than that, they're perfect!

Dissatisfaction products
The earplug was deformed, it’s never bound back to the original shape after more than 1 minute.

The best earplugs I’ve tried
These are genuinely the best and most affordable earplugs I have used. I have raging ADHD and work in a call center environment, and am also a very light sleeper with a husband that snores badly. For months and months I've been researching options that I could use both for sleeping and at work to down out distracting conversations, with minimal success. I've tried all types of Loops, different materials (putty/swim plugs, silicone, triple-tier plugs etc.) and was about to drop $200+ on Ozlo smart buds but came across a Reddit discussion where tons of people swore by these. I didn't have especially high expectations because they are so basic and inexpensive, but they have worked better for me than anything else I have tried. They are easy to mould into shape by rolling between your fingers and expand in your ear to create a snug fit. They do not completely eliminate all sound of course, but they significantly reduce snoring and other background noise enough for me to fall asleep without issue, as well as focus at work with 20+ people around me.
