Better quality than you think
This hat has a lot more detail than you might think. On the inside, it has the wayland utani logo as well. As well as a nice mesh Against the top inside cover the hat, making it very good quality. The embroidering is also a very good quality. This was a great hat to buy

Everything I was hoping it would be...
Super quality hat you will be so happy with it!! I do video's every year in the Apostle Islands while on vacation for my FB peeps and use prop's I get on Amazon. This year's video will be about 'aliens' and of course what better hat to have than from the movie. If your a fan of the movie (and I am) you will love this hat. Note...I have a big head and usually have to take baseball caps out to last notch or no notch to even wear but this one I have two notches left.

High Quality Nerd Gear
Great hat for the Alien nerd in your life. High quality construction and great weave/pattern. Although technically not identical to the hats worn in the movie this one is instantly recognizable by those in the know. Only down side is that people who have never seen the original Alien (Idiots) will confuse this for Top Gun, true story. I have also been thanked for my service while wearing this hat. I happen to be a veteran, so no worries for me, but I do feel obligated to explain itโs from a sci-fi horror movie, not the military.

Off Smell
Love the hat, but it just has the worst smell to it. Iโve washed it, soaked it in vinegar, and nothing can get rid of the scent.

Good Purchase = Good Vibes
Everybody! You NEED to buy this hat!!! I get soooooooo many comments and so much attention about this hat.... It ranges from curiosity to outright fan love. Everybody who knows the franchise (and anybody else that doesn't know) comment positively about it. I even have family and friends that mistake NOSTROMO for a WWII/KOREAN war battleship... AND my wife looks super when she "borrows" it. The fit can be closer to snug, but I HAVE A LARGE HEAD. So, it's all good. The long and short of it is... You need this hat. Support the original! Represent and show respect for the fallen crew of the Nostromo!
