In 2025 my 86-year-old mother survived a massive heart attack. As a result she’s on 10 tablets a day which cause havoc to her system. I’ve been using Optibac for a few years, Im a pharmacist and always come back to it. It’s gentle on my stomach, doesn’t cause bloating like some cheaper probiotics, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my digestion and energy levels. Especially my IBS I also find it helps when I’m travelling or under stress my stomach just feels more “settled.” I like that it’s vegan and doesn’t need to be refrigerated, which makes it easy to take every morning with my supplements. Yes, it’s a little pricier than supermarket brands, but the difference in quality is obvious. If you’re serious about gut health, this one’s worth it.

I have been using this now for 28 days and can confirm they do the job, having suffered with bloating for many years now and although I have always been regular in the morning and popping once a day with not much coming out but now I have a lovely evacuation and sometimes twice a day, could not be happier with this product I even used the travel one when I was in Goa this year and never had the old Deli belly, I now have a 90 day supply of Optibac. Solid, all round probiotic. Easy to take, effective. No complaints
