Works well with no issues like heat, sparking or poor connectivity. Lectron seems to have a good series of products and YouTube reviews have ben positive.

This feels heavy and of quality. It definitely functions as advertised.

This product was working perfectly working very nicely and then completely failed after about 7 months. It stopped working. And it appears that one of the Lectron pins broke off into the Tesla charger. So now I have no charger and I have to figure out how to remove the pin from the Tesla charger. Lectron’s 24/7 chat support doesn’t respond. And while they did reply via email. They want to trouble shoot while completely ignoring the fact that the pins has completely broken off. When you rely on something like this, if the product support takes forever then it’s useless because I need it and will more likely just replace it since I cannot be without an adapter for so long.

We recently added a 2025 Mercedes GLC 350e to our household, and we already had a Tesla wall connector installed in our garage. Instead of going through the hassle and expense of installing a separate J1772 charger, we decided to try the Lectron Tesla to J1772 EV Charging Adapter. I'm happy to report that it works flawlessly! We simply plug the Lectron adapter into our Tesla wall connector, and then plug the Mercedes into the J1772 port on the adapter. It's that easy. The adapter feels well-built and sturdy. It fits snugly into both the Tesla connector and the Mercedes charging port, giving me confidence in a secure connection. Charging has been consistent and reliable, with no issues whatsoever. This adapter has saved us significant time and money. It's a fantastic solution for anyone with a Tesla wall connector who needs to charge a non-Tesla EV. Highly recommended!

Update 03/05/2025 I have updated the review to five stars. The replacement adapter provided by the company meets all my needs and so far no problems. I will continue to track. Note that the company has been very proactive. They quickly provided a replacemet and stayed in touch to monitor its performance. Also note that I also purchased the companie' s NACS to CCS adapter for use at Tesla DC Superchargers chargers and it's performance has been excellent. Update 02/17/2025* Lectron provided a replacement adapter after several back and forth emails. The replacement seems to be working properly. In light of other posts noting problems were showing up after several weeks or months of use, I will update again if problems resurface in the future. Proceed with caution. If you expect it to continue operate at 11 kw (48 amps) during an extended charge session, be prepared for it to derate to around 6 kw, possibly due to overheating. And be careful removing it--it is HOT. I'm using it with a Tesla Wall Connector and replacing it with a different brand J1772 EVSE isn't an option. If you can live with almost half the capacity you were anticipating and are not worried about possible collateral issues that could be caused by overheating, then this product may work for you.

Works fine with our '25 BMW i5. Does not work with '25 Audi Q4 for some reason.

Works great to use my Tesla wall connector for my wife's Blazer EV.

Its compatibility with our home Tesla Type 2 charger became a necessity after the purchase of a Mach-E, and we have found it to be an indispensable addition to our daily charging routine. Importantly, we have observed that the item does not generate excessive heat during usage, and we are pleased to report that daily operations have been seamless without encountering any issues. 10 months owned thus far. 3月に購入して外出先で時々使用していたところ、 気がついたらテスラ側のロックが外れていました。 バネとフック部分は見つけれましたが、 止めてあるピン(？)が見当たらず。 何で止められてたか覚えていませんが。 商品説明に1年保証と書いてありますが、 Amazonの購入履歴でみたら保証期限は1ヶ月と なっており返品、交換申請ができません。 LECTRONに直接、問い合わせしていますが 海外製品なので英語ができない方はキツイかも？
