I use this to keep the blepharitis at bay. Works great. Very mild, and does not sting at all; water is less comfortable to get in my eyes than this stuff. I like it better than the wipes from the same brand.

My eye surgeon prescribed this product prior to cataract surgery. I have continued to occasionally use after surgery if my eyes or eyelids are irritated by pollen, dirt or just high wind exposure. I have found use very relaxing for my eyelids. I would recommend this product.

Until recently, I had never heard of this product. However, I developed a corneal ulcer caused by severe dry eye and the use of Systane Complete, which accumulated on my eyelashes and created sand like “rocks”. My eye doctor suggested I change brands of eye drop (severity of dry eyes required a prescription) and buy this eye cleanser. It is, indeed, gentle. I don’t notice any stinging and it breaks up the residue left on my eyelashes from using eyedrops at night. The only thing that frustrated me is a large sticker on the back of the product that covered up the instructions.

My eye specialist turned me on to this foaming cleanser, and it really does moisturize your eyes and lids. You can even use it to remove makeup and tiny particles that may get in your eyes such as mascara flakes. I will say the foam version is much better than the individual wipes in my opinion.

This was recommended to me by my eye doc. Post partum I was struggling with dry eye but was unable to take doxycycline due to an allergy (and I was breastfeeding). My eye dr recommended this and said while it may not be 100% it should help and it truly has. I took a while off and stopped using it consistently and the dry contact eye returned. I also thought I was getting a small stye and panicked and repurchased. No stye ever appeared but this definitely started helping with my dry eyes while wearing contacts. I have repurchased 3 times and keep a small bottle in my travel bag!

Best kept secret in eye hygiene! I started using this after much research on recurrent styes. Optometrist was no help, said it was due to "aging" and use a hot compress for as many times per day as it took for 10 minutes per time. This went on for over a year with 2 periods when I got stye after stye for months. I suspect this is a perimenopause issue at the root given my age and other changes; it has been resolved for over a year now with no styes using this at least once a day after a 10 minutes hot compress in the morning. At night as well if I've used eye makeup. I also feel like it's helped with my dry eye although that could also be the consistent use of the hot compress. Definitely read the directions and wash your eyes after the hot compress. When I was using this before the hot compress it was not nearly as effective.

I've been using this brand of eye lid scrub for years after my ophthalmologist recommended I use a lid scrub each day. The quality has not changed, but unfortunately the bottle has gotten a lot smaller but stayed the same price (kind of like a "pound" of bacon that is no longer a pound! This stuff works really well if you've got dry eye and perhaps prone to getting chalazions like I was.

So far, it helps wash away dirt from my eyelashes but maybe my eyelids are just not moist enough, they’re flaky sometimes. They keep coming back.

Now I understand that eye hygiene — especially eyelash hygiene — is equally important. Since I started using this product, I’ve noticed that even if a stye tries to develop, I clean the area with it and use normal eye drops afterward. Within a few hours, the irritation settles and the stye disappears because proper cleanliness stops the issue at the early stage. I truly feel this is one of the best products to keep at home. Every family member should know about it. Yes, it may feel slightly expensive, but compared to the pain and discomfort caused by eye styes, the cost is nothing. So I would say — go for it. Keep it in your bathroom and wash your eyelashes with it two to three times a week. Stay relaxed and forget about recurring eye problems.
