The blades on the canary cutters are not like a box cutter razor blade and I suspect they’re not replaceable. At first glance you might wonder how this cutter can even cut through cardboard but if used correctly in a sawing vs slicing motion it works amazingly

On the Small Auto Retracting does the blade stay extended when it's already "hooked on" and being pulled in a cutting motion inside cardboard?

I believe with this particular one, no. You have to keep your thumb on it to keep the blade out even while cutting.

Can i bring it through tsa?

I don't know but i don't think so. This is a cutter. Better check with TSA...
