I tried many toothpastes before but this one is up there, no foaming, the foaming is what makes me throw up. AMAZING product! The foaming agents are bad for you anyway, they are just an illusion for you to feel clean, the foaming agents in toothpaste are the same stuff in dish soap. And this toothpaste does not have that ingredient. All their ingredients are safe and the activated charcoal is slightly messy but it's what keeps you healthy and neutralizes poisons in your body unlike fluoride based toothpaste. It's worth it, just run some water over your sink after you spit and you can keep your sink clean. It does NOT stain. To be honest, this toothpaste has helped my health. I no longer feel sick when I use this toothpaste.

I bought this because drinking coffee daily had started to turn my teeth brown. I wasn't sure what to expect because I had never used a charcoal toothpaste before, and honestly some of the ingredients made me nervous about how it would taste (mainly the diotomaceous earth). It actually tastes alright. It is mildly minty and does taste a little earthy, but it isn't unpleasant. I have only been using it for 3 days now, but I can already see my teeth going back to their previous shade. I follow the directions on the package that say to rinse your mouth and toothbrush and then brush your teeth and tongue with just water. That gets rid of any lingering toothpaste. It leaves my breath fresh and my mouth tasting minty. The grey color is a little unnerving, but it does all rinse off. I do feel like this leaves my teeth cleaner and whiter than many whitening toothpastes I have tried, and it doesn't cause the same sensitivity that peroxide based products cause on my sensitive teeth.

Good toothpaste but hard to use. Difficult to get out of the container….coconut oil makes it clump up. Have to take cover off to get it out

LOVE it. Husband and I both use it and are on our second tube now. Love how it cleans our teeth. We also really like the flavor--but keep in mind, we've not used main-brand toothpastes containing artificial sweeteners, etc. for many, many years. In fact, prior to this brand, we used a neem-based toothpaste. (FYI, there seems to be a slight anise or licorice taste that we find appealing.) Yes, everyone is correct about black toothpaste residue all over the sink, etc. It's true. It does happen when you expectorate, but, it does show you how and where any toothpaste splatters when brushing and rinsing. Just gives me more reason to clean ALL AROUND the sink now and to maintain a more sanitized sink basin. The real proof will be at out next dental appointment. We'll see how and if enamel plaque has been reduced. FYI...the black toothpaste is derived from activated Charcoal. Read about the health benefits of charcoal on-line. Also this toothpaste includes coconut oil, bentonite clay, etc. You've probably heard about "pushing" coconut oil to maintain dental health. (I think pushing is the correct term.) The bentonite clay is not only used as a plasticizer in actual ceramic clay bodies, but it is an ingredient in cosmetics, (used to be found) in products like milkshakes, and of course, an ingredient in toothpaste. It, too, is touted as a detoxifying health regime. Again, read more on-line.

this toothpaste probably does it's job of whitening, if you can get past the nasty taste...you can barely taste the wintergreen, and i just can't bear it the taste of it, so i just put some in a mouth guard and whiten that way...if you buy the activated charcoal capsules, they work much better, and there's absolutely no taste...you have to break open the capsule, pour the powder in a small cup[, add a tiny bit of water, till it's a paste, and i don't brush with it, instead i dab the paste on my teeth with a toothbrush...it says to leave on for three minutes, and do it three times a week, but i'm sure you could do it more often if you'd like, and it can get messy if you're not careful with it...the capsules will last a lot longer than the paste too.......

I love this product. I know this may sound crazy to some but I hate the taste of toothpaste. It’s not mint. It’s toothpaste mint. It’s not peppermint or wintergreen it’s toothpaste mint. I searched and searched for orange mango, cinnamon and cloves and other brands, all still had a bad mint taste. This toothpaste is by far the best flavor (peppermint) and I will never use anything else again. Yes it’s mint. But REAL mint. Not a harsh toothpaste - fake mint. And maybe I’m alone in that but I can tell the difference. And bonus is how white my teeth are getting. I also have a blue light teeth whitening system and hand in hand with this product they get brighter everyday. I’m on bottle number two and getting ready to buy a third. And I LOVE that it doesn’t foam. I have an ultra sonic brush and it works great with it and my water pic removes all the black. And don’t worry about your sink. Mines white. It’s rinses right down with a toss of some extra water. I’m a loyal customer now!

This face mask was a little strongly scented for my taste, but as advertised it did have a nice whitening affect. After a couple of uses I could tell my skin tone was definitely lighter than before and some of my fine wrinkles seemed to smooth out! It also has a nice tingly feel and I think the charcoal detoxed my pores which is important because I live in a big city and the pores hold most of the heavy metals and fluoride from the air. I put it on in the morning and left it while i did my 20 minute meditation to charge the detoxing ions in the mask. The beta waves from the brain activate the purifying negative carbon polymers in the charcoal, so its a crucial step. Your face will look much whiter and younger. Also it is best to follow up with a yoga class if you have the time. 5 SHADES LIGHTER = 5 STARS Namaste.

I've used this toothpaste in the past and had to reorder because it is amazing. It literally whitens your teeth and is noticeable after the first wash. My teeth have been stained with fluoride so have a grey tinge at the top, this toothpaste really helps. Will order again when I finish with this one
