Will this work with husky 10 mil poly vapor barrier? also does it hold up over time? crawl space encapsulation project ...

I used it for crawlspace encapsulation. Very strong and stuck well. I used 12mil poly. I cannot speak to how well it holds up over time as I recently just completed the project

Could I effectively seal this against a concrete crack using PU (or other) caulk/sealant?

I don't think it would seal/stick to the concrete.
