This is my third time ordering this set. Very good filters at a fair price.

Best company we have the unit for 2 yrs. One of a small part broke after a 18 mo. Call them and they sent me out new part within days!! The water is delicious!! No more bottles of water! Couldn’t drink the water from faucet with Florida and all the water taste bad!! Filters are not hard to change a very easy to prime the tank under the sink!

This is what I've been using since 2022 on our iSpring RO and has worked as advertised. We're on well water, where the TDS can creep up above 1000, perhaps due to the salt use on our water softener. Using these filters, the TDS comes out at around 42, making the water safe for drinking. We use a distiller as well, which create about a 3-TDS water; we mixed the two to create about a 20 TDS great tasting water, good for drinking, cooking and coffee. I do replace the RO restrictor every time I replace the membrane to make sure it works efficiently. I also use a flush kit for the membrane to help it stay as clean as possible. This kit is a good value and I recommend it.

Quick delivery with well packed package. Good value for money. Unfortunately have to take one star as with filters it was not included wrench and I had to purchase it separately what delayed filters replacement.

Excellent value for money, they work as they should and I like knowing I have replacement parts for 3 years, installing them is simple and even comes with extra tubing.

I bought this one cause the price for it is a great one, but only to find out when going through the "replacement video" i forgot to check for two more parts for the set up mine has which is the UV lights and one other part that has minerals in the container. One of the two isnt too bad in price by itself but the other is a chunk of money. So highly suggest before buying make sure what you are getting have everything in the image because i was too quick to just go for this one cause the price seemed good for what you get, which it is. But at the same time my set up has two more parts which now I am stuck having to buy separate. Love that this company offers videos on how to handle replacing the parts because I had a family friends install this thing for me, so i was nervous about replacing them by myself but watching the video was enough to get me through it and my water is back to tasting as fantastic as the first time we got to drink it after flushing out the first couple of gallons through the system.

Amazon should work up some procedures to compensate for the cases like this. Negligence likely related problem but the choice given to customers is to accept the package with missing part or sent everything (XXkg box) back. This is very inconsiderate to the customers, seller and environment. Anyway, missing part of the order, in this case is the fault of the seller / manufacturer so this product is not as advertised.

Sometimes it's not about when everything is perfect, it's about what you do when it isn't. Package of filters was a good price, arrived in 36 hrs or so, quality looked good, easy to install, but... ...the newer quick-fit PAC filter was designed for all 1/4" pipes, and I have a mixture of 1/4" and 3/8". I called up Express Water and explained the problem, emailed a couple of pics, and for a day or 2 we discussed potential solutions. They even went as far as mocking it up in their lab and sending me a pic! Some 1/4" to 3/8" adapters and some spare 1/4" pipe arrived, free, in about 4 days, and everything is working fine. Thanks guys - great support, and I am one happy customer!
